Job Summary
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading, managing, and overseeing all human resources functions at Hotel Valencia Santana Row. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring a seasoned HR professional with extensive knowledge of California employment laws, California payroll and wage-and-hour regulations, employee recordkeeping requirements, and workers’ compensation administration.
