Description
HyTech Spring and Machine is seeking a 3D Spring Machine Set-Up & Operator to prepare, operate, and maintain spring manufacturing equipment. This role focuses on machine set-up, troubleshooting, quality checks, and safe, efficient production.
Responsibilities
- Set up, run, and tear down spring manufacturing machines and support equipment.
- Perform first-piece inspections, verify programming, and adjust tooling.
- Measure and inspect parts with precision tools.
- Maintain production records and perform routine equipment maintenance.
- Support multiple machines and assist operators as needed.
- Follow all safety and quality standards.
Requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Mechanical aptitude and experience with precision measurement tools.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and troubleshoot equipment.
- Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and multitasking skills.
- Technical training or apprenticeship preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, bending, and repetitive motions.
- Lift up to 30 lbs; move items up to 50 lbs.
- Able to wear required PPE and inspect detailed components.
