3rd Shift Forklift Operator

Description

Stevens Industries is looking for an experienced, safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our team!

If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and know your way around a forklift, we want to hear from you! In this hands-on role, you'll play an important part in keeping our operations running smoothly by making sure materials and products get where they need to be, safely and efficiently.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Keep Things Moving! Load, unload, transport, and organize materials throughout our facilities.
• Support Production! Deliver raw materials to production workstations to keep operations on track.
• Stay Organized! Move and stack products safely in designated storage areas, pallets, and crates.
• Quality Matters! Inspect incoming materials for damage, shortages, or quality concerns.
• Get It Right! Verify outgoing shipments meet company quality standards and match shipping documentation.
• Safety Comes First! Perform routine forklift inspections, identify maintenance concerns, and follow all safety procedures.
• Keep Accurate Records! Maintain inventory information and activity logs.
• Be a Team Player! Work alongside production and warehouse teams to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workplace.

Requirements

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

• Proven forklift operating experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Valid forklift certification.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to frequently climb on and off a forklift throughout the shift.
• Familiarity with industrial equipment and safe material-handling practices.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong communication skills and a dependable work ethic.
