What You Will Be Doing

As an Account Lead, you will serve as a trusted strategic partner who connects business, brand, creative, and production teams to bring impactful ideas to life. In this role, you will lead integrated creative initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring projects align with Titleist’s brand vision, business goals, and quality standards. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, creative teams, and external agency partners to manage priorities, resources, timelines, budgets, and production efforts while providing exceptional client service and fostering strong relationships. Through proactive leadership, operational excellence, and expert project management, you will help deliver best-in-class campaigns and creative assets that elevate the brand, drive business results, and enable teams to perform at their highest level.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of experience in agency account management, client services, or integrated project leadership within creative, marketing, or production environments.
• Proven experience leading complex video, photography, and integrated content productions from planning through execution.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, external agencies, production partners, and creative stakeholders.
• Experience managing project budgets, scopes of work, and agency/vendor relationships.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and balance competing priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proven ability to adapt quickly, solve problems proactively, and perform effectively under pressure or in changing business conditions.
• Passion for the game of golf and appreciation for the Titleist brand.

Pay Range: $101,727.00-$129,537.00
