Adm. Clerk General Accounting

Job Description:

Financial Reporting & General Ledger

·       Manage the preparation and review of timely and accurate financial reports, in coordination with the Manager – General Ledger.

·       Supervise daily GL operations including journal entries, adjustments, and month-end/year-end closing.

·       Review financial accounts to ensure data accuracy and continuous improvement of report quality.

·       Reconcile accounting data with tax reports to ensure alignment and support tax compliance.

Compliance, Audit, & Governance

·       Ensure adherence to applicable accounting standards (e.g. PSAK), company policies, and group compliance requirements.

·       Coordinate and support external audit processes, including managing documentation and minimizing audit adjustments or findings.

·       Promote and practice good governance in all financial activities.

Business Unit & Regional Support

·       Conduct visits and provide technical support to business units to enhance the quality of financial reporting.

·       Coordinate with Finance Region teams and KTU/KSI Units to provide financial advice based on Manager direction and company policy.

·       Manage and coordinate financial data and reporting requests from internal stakeholders such as Management, Tax Department, and other functional teams.
