AI & Data Marketing and Engagement Manager

Help turn AI & Data ambitions into understanding, engagement and meaningful action across NN International.

Artificial intelligence and data are changing how we work, make decisions and create value for our customers. As our AI & Data Engagement Manager, you will make this transformation understandable, relevant and engaging for colleagues and managerers across our international organisation.

You will combine strategic communications expertise with strong stakeholder management and practical delivery. Working closely with senior leaders, international business units and specialist teams, you will shape compelling narratives, create impactful engagement initiatives and help successful AI & Data practices gain visibility and scale across the organisation.

What you are going to do

As AI & Data Engagement Manager, you will strengthen the visibility, understanding and impact of the AI & Data agenda across NN International and its markets. You will translate strategic and technical priorities into clear communication, connect stakeholders across countries and functions, and help colleagues understand how AI & Data can contribute to their work and business objectives.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Develop and deliver communication and engagement strategies that support the AI & Data vision, strategic priorities and transformation agenda
• Translate complex AI, data and technology topics into clear, relevant and compelling narratives for managerership teams, business stakeholders and employees
• Advise the Head of AI & Data and senior stakeholders on executive communications, presentations, key messages and engagement opportunities
• Design and coordinate campaigns, managerership forums, town halls, showcases, events and learning initiatives that increase AI awareness, literacy and adoption
• Connect AI & Data teams, international business units and functional workstreams, enabling knowledge sharing, collaboration and consistent communication across the organisation

You will also monitor the effectiveness of communication and engagement activities, gather stakeholder feedback and continuously improve the way the AI & Data agenda is positioned and activated.

Who you are

You are a strategic communicator who can bring clarity to complex topics and create engagement around organisational change. You are comfortable working with senior leaders, enjoy connecting people across functions and countries, and know how to turn strategic priorities into communication that managers to action.

You bring:

• Extensive experience in strategic communications, employee engagement, internal communications or change communication, preferably in an international organisation
• Experience working with AI teams or AI-focused functions, with strong understanding of the specificities of communicating AI solutions, technologies and topics
• A proven ability to advise senior executives and develop high-quality presentations, leadership updates and communication materials
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including the ability to build alignment and achieve results without relying on formal authority
• Excellent written and spoken English, strong storytelling and presentation skills, and a structured approach to coordinating multiple strategic initiatives
• Experience in financial services or another regulated environment, working across different countries and cultures, would be an advantage

You will be part of the international AI & Data environment and report to the Head of AI & Data. You will work closely with the AI & Data managerership team, business units, functional workstreams and senior stakeholders across NN International.
