This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista de Suporte Pleno (Developer L3) based in Brazil.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a mid-level professional to combine software development expertise with advanced technical support and problem-solving. You will contribute to the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications, ensuring reliability, performance, and high-quality delivery. Working with Java, Spring, RESTful APIs, microservices, and Oracle databases, you will help troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective technical solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, product owners, architects, and developers to translate business needs into robust software solutions. Accountabilities:
- Develop, enhance, and maintain software applications, ensuring performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices to support application integration and business requirements.
- Perform unit and integration testing to ensure software quality and prevent regressions.
- Work with Oracle databases and PL/SQL to develop, optimize, and maintain database solutions.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and debug complex application issues, providing effective solutions in a technical support environment.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in accordance with established development standards and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to continuous improvements in software quality.
- Collaborate with product owners, software architects, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Support application integrations and contribute to resolving technical challenges across interconnected systems.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for development projects, applications, and support processes.
- Work within agile development practices to deliver reliable solutions on schedule.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, development frameworks, and AI-assisted software engineering tools.
- Professional experience developing applications with Java, including object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience with the Spring Framework or similar Java development frameworks, including Java Spring applications with React or Angular on the front end.
- Proficiency in PL/SQL and experience working with Oracle databases.
- Experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Familiarity with messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud and Jira.
- Ability to work effectively in an agile environment, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality solutions within established deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex technical issues and identify practical solutions.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and technical stakeholders.
- Previous experience in L2 or L3 customer support, application integration, or direct customer-facing technical consulting is considered an advantage.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools, such as Claude Code, is a plus.
