セールス＆マーケティング　イベントプランニング（チームリーダー）

・国内・海外セールス部門における各種イベント(主にインターナショナル案件)のプランニング業務
Responsible for planning and coordinating various events for the Domestic and International Sales Departments, with a primary focus on international events.

・イベント・グループの売上最大化を目的とした担当案件のアップセル
Driving upselling opportunities to maximize revenue for assigned events and group business.

Require over one year of experience in the hotel industry's event planning department.

・社内で口頭またはメールにて日本語を使用してコミュニケーションを取ることのできる日本語力
Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese, both verbally and in writing (email), for internal business communication.

・英語力(お客様と英語で打ち合わせ、交渉が出来る)
Business level of English speaking and writing.(Able to conduct meetings and negotiations with clients)

・収益目標を達成させる為、アップセルの戦略的かつ積極的なアプローチを行う
Strategically and proactively approach upsell activities to event and group target revenue.

・チームワーク、協調性・コミュニケーション能力のある方
Teamwork, cooperativeness and communication skills

・PCスキル（エクセル/ ワード）
Basic PC skills (Excel, Word)

・ホテル業界に於けるイベントプランニング経験1年以上
