The Opportunity
Gaines Investment Trust is seeking a dependable, hardworking Groundskeeper to support two of our North Dallas apartment communities: Creekside at Pear Ridge and Gates de Provence.
This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in keeping communities clean, attractive, and welcoming for residents and guests.
Schedule:

  • Monday–Tuesday: Creekside at Pear Ridge

  • Wednesday–Friday: Gates de Provence

What You'll Do

  • Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of both communities

  • Perform daily inspections of grounds and common areas

  • Pick up and remove trash and debris throughout the communities

  • Keep sidewalks, parking areas, breezeways, and outdoor spaces clean

  • Perform pressure washing and other routine cleaning

  • Assist with basic landscaping and grounds maintenance

  • Help maintain strong curb appeal throughout both communities

  • Properly use and store equipment, tools, and materials

  • Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns

  • Assist the maintenance teams with projects as needed

  • Provide professional and courteous service to residents and guests

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year of groundskeeping, landscaping, janitorial, maintenance, or similar experience preferred

  • Valid driver's license

  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

  • Attention to detail and pride in your work

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

  • Ability to perform physically active work, including lifting up to 50 pounds and climbing stairs and ladders

  • Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently

  • Reliable transportation between both communities

  • Must live within approximately 20 minutes of ZIP code 75287
