IMMEDIATE HIRE - Apartment Maintenance Technician
Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Williston, ND. This is a hands on maintenance position at The Reserve at Bison Crossing community with guaranteed full-time hours!

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM day shift hours. On call rotation is 1 week every 4 weeks.

What you need:
- Valid driver's license required
- EPA Certification preferred
- Appliance repair skills preferred
- Plumbing skills
- Multifamily experience preferred, but all maintenance professionals are encouraged to apply
What Our Maintenance Technicians Will Do:
- Ensure all assigned work orders are completed in a timely manner.
- This position will focus on HVAC related work orders including:
- Diagnosing and repairing common HVAC issues
- Detecting and soldering refrigerant leaks
- Recharging freon gas
- Changing failing compressors and blower motors
- Replacing limit switches & fuses
- Other common HVAC problems.
- Performing basic preventative maintenance including filer changes and coil cleanings
- Depending on work load non-HVAC repairs may include:
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Appliances
- Some unit turn maintenance and cleaning may also be required at times.
- Must participate in a monthly rotation of a 24/7 on call emergency cell phone (1 week every 4 weeks)
- Snow removal (when needed during the winter season).
You will be asked to complete a written skills maintenance test to help assess your skill level as part of the interview process.
This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check, drug screening, and a valid Drivers License
