PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Housekeeping leadership roles within luxury hotels or resorts.
- Proven experience managing guest rooms, public areas, laundry operations, and housekeeping standards.
- Strong knowledge of room inspection procedures, cleanliness standards, and quality assurance.
- Experience leading teams, managing productivity, labor planning, and inventory control.
- Knowledge of Opera Cloud, HotSOS, or similar hotel management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish.
- Flexible schedule availability.
