About the role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage extensive financial modelling and quantitative analysis on investment targets, in-depth research and present on the fundamentals of potential investments
2. Support deal execution by performing financial analysis, due diligence, documentation, financing and preparation of preliminary and final investment paper
3. Regularly communicate with the Technical Services and Operations Department to review model assumptions and ensuring that model reflects the current costs matrix
4. General industry research in the identification of opportunities
5. Asset management functions for portfolio companies, including exploring strategies to create value at the portfolio level
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Tertiary degree within financial discipline
2. At least 3 years relevant working experience gained at a reputable investment bank, accounting or advisory firm, renewable energy developer, infrastructure investment fund, or other related organization.
3. Strong in financial modelling skills
4. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
5. Strong written communication skills in English
6. Able to work effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
