About the role
We’re Hiring: Baker
📍 Cayman Islands | Agua Hospitality Group
We are looking for a Baker with hands-on experience preparing dough, bread and a variety of pastries, including cookies, cakes and pies.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, mix, shape and bake products according to established recipes and menu requirements.
- Measure ingredients accurately and maintain consistent quality and presentation.
- Operate bakery equipment, including mixers, proofers and ovens.
- Follow food hygiene and safety procedures, keeping work areas and equipment clean.
- Assist the kitchen team and manage daily production in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Practical experience as a baker in a bakery, restaurant or hotel.
- Strong knowledge of dough preparation, proofing and baking techniques.
- Attention to detail, good time management and a reliable approach to work.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, weekends and public holidays.
