The Role
As a Banquet Bartender, you are responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at banquets, weddings, meetings, conferences, and special events. You provide friendly, prompt service while ensuring all beverage operations are executed efficiently, professionally, and in compliance with responsible alcohol service standards.

What You Will Be Doing

• 
  Set up, stock, and break down banquet bar stations for events
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
• Greeting guests with a friendly and professional attitude while delivering exceptional service
• Verify guest age and always follow responsible alcohol service guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of all bar areas and equipment
• Monitor beverage inventory and communicate replenishment needs to supervisors
• Process cash and non-cash transactions accurately when required
• Work closely with banquet servers, culinary teams, and event staff to ensure seamless event execution
• Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and company policies and procedures
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and other banquet-related duties as assigned
