Bartender - Stag Lodge

Join the team at Stag Lodge as a Bartender at Café 52! We’re looking for a skilled, engaging, and service-minded Bartender to join our restaurant team for the upcoming winter season. Nestled slope-side in the heart of Deer Valley, Stag Lodge offers ski-in/ski-out convenience, luxury accommodations, and genuine mountain hospitality. At the center of the lodge experience is Café 52, our signature restaurant known for its inviting atmosphere, elevated mountain cuisine, and memorable guest service.

Your Role Includes:

·         Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following Café 52 recipes and presentation standards.

·         Provide prompt, friendly, and professional service to all guests at the bar and in the dining area.

·         Engage guests with genuine hospitality—making recommendations, upselling thoughtfully, and ensuring an exceptional experience.

·         Maintain full knowledge of beverage offerings, including wine, beer, and signature cocktails.

·         Manage bar setup, organization, restocking, and cleanliness throughout the shift.

·         Accurately handle cash and credit transactions; balance drawer and reports at end of shift.

·         Comply with all liquor laws, TIPS guidelines, and East West Hospitality safety and sanitation policies.

·         Assist with special events, and private functions as needed.

·         Support the restaurant team wherever needed to maintain smooth operations.

Location: Cafe 52 in Stag Lodge, Park City, UT

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: $16/hr + Service Fee Pooling!

Employment Type: Full Time, Seasonal (Late November  –  Early April)

Schedule: Thursday - Monday, 10:00am - 7:00pm | Must also be willing to work holidays and weekends

Job Requirements:

·         Previous bartending experience in a full-service or upscale dining environment preferred

·         Mixology and beverage knowledge; wine and craft cocktail experience preferred.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure.

·         Dependable, professional, and team-oriented.

·         Must be at least 21 years old.

·         Clear communication, sound judgment, and a steady presence during busy service.

·         A genuine commitment to hospitality and a memorable guest/owner experience.
