Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. | No weekends | 401(k) match from day one
Since 1941, E.H. Wolf & Sons has been a family-owned supplier of fuel, lubricants and fluid management solutions to businesses across Wisconsin, Upper Michigan and the Midwest. We're looking for a detail-focused Billing & Data Entry Coordinator to help keep our billing and customer accounts accurate and on time.
If you're quick and accurate with data entry, comfortable in Excel and enjoy working with customers and coworkers across the company, this is a great fit. We'll train you on our systems.
What You'll Do
- Process customer billing accurately and on deadline
- Enter a high volume of billing and account data
- Use Excel to track, review and reconcile information
- Review information for errors and work with other departments to fix them
- Keep customer account records up to date
- Help customers with billing and account questions by phone and email
- Support the office team and cross-train to back up other roles
Requirements
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of billing, invoicing or accounts receivable experience
- Strong, accurate data entry skills and comfort with high-volume, detailed work
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook, and the ability to learn new software
- Clear, professional communication by phone and email
- Strong attention to detail, organization and the ability to meet daily deadlines
Preferred
- Billing experience in transportation, logistics, fuel or distribution
- Experience with an ERP or accounting system
- Associate's degree or vocational/business training
