About the role

Billing Clerk
DiVal Safety Equipment – Buffalo, NY

Full-time, 8am – 4:30pm M-F, On-site

Pay Range: $20 - $21.50


Join DiVal Safety Equipment’s Buffalo headquarters as a Billing Clerk and play an important role in keeping our customer billing accurate, timely, and organized. You’ll work with customer invoicing portals, process daily transactions, resolve submission issues, and support a collaborative accounting team.

What You’ll Do –

  • Prepare and submit accurate customer invoices through multiple billing portals.
  • Monitor invoice submissions and promptly resolve failed uploads, rejections, or status issues.
  • Process daily invoices for Training, First Aid, freight, and drop-ship orders.
  • Balance and post store payments, including cash, credit cards, and gift certificates.
  • Maintain sample, warranty, credit memo, and other assigned customer accounts.
  • Track weekly billing activity and prepare reports for local and remote warehouse operations.
  • Organize billing documentation and support the Accounting team with related projects.
