Bistro Server/Cook – AM & PM Shifts

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic Bistro Server/Cook to join our hotel team. Both AM and PM shifts are available.

This position combines guest service with food and beverage preparation. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, can keep up in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable handling both cooking and serving responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service

• Take guest orders and accurately process payments

• Prepare and cook menu items according to hotel standards

• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner

• Prepare coffee and other beverages

• Maintain proper food handling and sanitation standards

• Complete opening and closing duties

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, Bistro, and dining area

• Stock supplies and communicate inventory needs

• Follow recipes, portion standards, and food safety procedures

• Assist other team members and departments when needed

Qualifications

• Friendly and guest-focused attitude

• Dependable and punctual

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy periods

• Comfortable cooking, serving, and interacting with guests

• Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety

• Food service or restaurant experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person

• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform typical food-service duties

AM and PM shifts available

Applicants must have open availability, including weekends and holidays.
