In this role, you will communicate directly with customers, introduce products and services, answer questions, and help increase brand awareness through professional face-to-face engagement.

The ideal candidate is personable, reliable, comfortable communicating with different types of people, and eager to develop strong customer service, sales, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Dinamic AS Group in a professional and positive manner

• Engage with potential customers and introduce available products or services

• Explain key features, benefits, and brand information clearly

• Build positive relationships with customers through strong communication

• Answer customer questions and provide accurate information

• Assist with promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives

• Maintain a strong understanding of current products, services, and promotions

• Support team goals and contribute to overall campaign performance

• Collect customer feedback and communicate useful insights to the team

• Maintain professional standards during all customer interactions
