About the role
What You Can Expect:
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with clients to ensure the best terms for our company.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the business unit.
- Support Customer Service and work closely with Operations and Documentation on the execution of customer service contracts.
- Update the Sales system – SUGAR – on a daily base with its lates information.
- Reports to the Head of sales and Managing Director for the time being.
- Any other job assigned by Superior.
What You Bring:
- Self-motivated.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines.
- Good team player.
- Possess a positive customer-oriented mind set.
- Possess very strong interpersonal, vocal communication and negotiation skills and be able to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales management within the logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of warehousing operations and domestic distribution channels.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Outstanding communication skills. Fluently English is a must.
- Willing to travel in and out of the country.
- 4-9 years’ experience in the Warehousing fields.
- Computer literate.
