- Maintain and support core line of business applications.
- Configuration and set-up according to Business Requirements
- Vendor management and communication
- Monitor, troubleshoot and analyse issues within the Systems.
- Assist in client on-boarding and new systems Implementation projects
- Core systems major upgrades
- Documenting changes and design of the application
- Change management
- Provide sound, quality and technical guidance to clients and internal stakeholders
- Perform other tasks as necessary to support team development
- Any other duties in the scope of the role
that the company requires.
Skills / experience

- 3 years or more experience in a support role
- Excellent team player

- Server platforms
- Good written and verbal communications skills (English)
- Highly motivated with ability to multitask
- eFront Invest system knowledge is a must;
