Casino Games Release Specialist

Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly motivated individual to join our Casino Game Release Management Team. If you are passionate about online casino games, enjoy working with structured processes, and have strong coordination and communication skills, this role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the successful launch and availability of new casino games across partner websites.

Responsibilities

• Monitor upcoming game releases and coordinate the timely launch of new games on partner websites.
• Coordinate with casino providers and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely game releases in line with established requirements.
• Collect, verify, and communicate game release details, configuration requirements, market availability, certificates, licenses, and related documentation.
• Coordinate gaming content updates and configuration changes in accordance with established procedures and operational standards.
• Track release-related tasks and follow up to ensure compliance with priorities, deadlines, SLAs, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with providers and internal teams to identify and resolve release-related issues, configuration discrepancies, and operational incidents.
• Maintain accurate release records and ensure timely communication of relevant updates to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvements, documentation, knowledge sharing, and the onboarding and training of new team members.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the direct manager.
  

Requirements

• Fluency in Armenian and English, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of Russian.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with large volumes of information.
• Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and accountability for assigned tasks.
• Excellent time management and follow-up skills.
• Ability to analyze information, identify discrepancies, and proactively address potential issues.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
