About the role

Oklahoma City Indian Clinic (OKCIC) is a non-profit corporation that provides culturally sensitive health care to the American Indian population. OKCIC services include not only basic medical care but also dental, optometry, behavioral health, fitness, nutrition, and other family programs.

Our mission is to provide excellent healthcare to American Indians. We do this by putting people first, providing quality services, and maintaining our Integrity and Professionalism.

We are looking to add compassionate team players to our growing team as we continue to work toward our goal of becoming the national model for American Indian Health Care.

The Oklahoma City Indian Clinic (OKCIC) is implementing Epic, and we're seeking an experienced Epic Business Intelligence Developer to design and deliver reporting, dashboards, and analytics that empower our leaders to make informed decisions.

In this role, you'll work closely with clinical, operational, financial, and executive leaders to transform complex healthcare data into meaningful insights. You'll build reporting solutions that improve quality outcomes, optimize operations, support regulatory reporting, and drive organizational performance.

If you're passionate about healthcare analytics, business intelligence, and using data to make a difference, we'd love to hear from you.

Applicants claiming Indian Preference must complete the full application and must provide documentation verifying eligibility (such as a tribal enrollment card or Certificate of Degree of Indian Blood (CDIB)).

Requirements:

Develop custom operational reports, executive dashboards, and data extractions using Cogito, Clarity, Caboodle, and Radar tools
Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to collect reporting specifications and map them to sql data models
Monitor reporting database capacity, plan refresh cycles, and maintain reporting data security access profiles
Validate data accuracy across reporting models, ensuring consistent output metrics for executive decision-making
Train end-users on basic reporting tools, data navigation filters, and self-service dashboard capabilities
