About the role

We are currently looking for Chiller Technicians to join our team in Orlando and Tampa, FL. This is a full-time, direct hire position with one of the largest mechanical contractors in the US.

Job Details:

Work Schedule: Heavy overtime in summer months with guaranteed 40 hours in winter months

Locations: Orlando, FL, and Tampa, FL

Hourly Rate: $45-$55 per hour, based on experience

Chiller Technician Duties:

  • Install, maintain, and repair chillers and other refrigeration systems
  • Inspect and test components to ensure they are working properly
  • Conduct regular maintenance to minimize downtime
  • Support sales and service team with estimating, scheduling, and coordinating projects
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures

Chiller Technician Requirements:

  • 10+ years of dedicated commercial/industrial HVAC service
  • Hands-on expertise with large-scale chillers (500+ ton air-cooled, 1000+ ton water-cooled preferred)
  • Factory certifications strongly valued (Daikin, Trane, York, Carrier, etc.)
  • Experience across multiple industries including healthcare, data centers, manufacturing, hospitality, property management, and government clients
  • Must hold a valid EPA certification
  • Able to complete pre-employment screening
