We are looking for a data-driven Claims Management Specialist to manage and optimize our end-to-end seller and logistics compensation processes across EU region. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for compensation tickets, translating complex and ticket data into actionable insights to reduce rejection rates, identify process bottlenecks, and eliminate financial leakages. Working closely with cargo partners, warehouse, partner management, finance and reporting teams, you will be responsible for end to end operation, follow up and monitoring of the compensation process.
Responsibilities
- Track and follow up on claims for lost, damaged, and late-delivered shipments across the EU region.
- Coordinate with cargo partners, delivery management, warehouse operations, and finance teams to resolve claims on time.
- Manage claim documentation, update tracking logs, and report on compensation status and financial KPIs.
- Analyze claim rejection reasons and ticket logs to run root cause investigations and fix process gaps.
- Identify operational bottlenecks to support claim process improvements and new region implementations.
Expected Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Engineering, Logistics, or quantitative fields.
- Experience in logistics operations or handling shipment and ticket data.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and working with large operational datasets.
- Sharp analytical, data interpretation, and root cause analysis skills to spot patterns in large datasets and translate findings into clear, actionable conclusions.
- Thorough attention to detail with consistent end-to-end follow-up capabilities across cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Romanian and English.
