We're looking for a Clinical Talent Partner to join us for a fixed-term (3-6 months) to help grow our clinical team - attracting and securing exceptional nurses and doctors, all while creating an epic candidate experience that reflects who we are as a business. 

What you’ll do

On a day-to-day basis you will:

• Own clinical hiring from briefing through to offer, delivering an exceptional candidate experience at every step
  
• Build proactive sourcing strategies and nurture pipelines of clinical talent across specialties
  
• Partner closely with clinical hiring managers to make sure job specs reflect real clinical and regulatory needs
  
• Design and deliver standout onboarding experiences in partnership with our People team
• Champion diversity, equity and inclusion at every stage of the hiring process
• Build our employer brand and be a visible ambassador for us in the market
  

Experience you’ll bring

Our ideal candidate will have:

• 1-2 years’ recruitment experience, ideally in healthcare, clinical or allied health hiring (agency or in-house)
• Working knowledge of clinical registration and compliance requirements, or the aptitude and appetite to learn quickly
• Comfort juggling a high volume of candidates and requisitions, with a sharp eye for detail
• Understanding of sourcing techniques, talent mapping and pipeline building
• Experience/proficiency with TAS and using hiring metrics
