You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with the people you support while helping them remain safe and independent at home.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide in-home support according to each customer’s Plan of Care
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care
• Document services provided
• Transport customers as outlined in their care plan
• Communicate respectfully with customers, families, and supervisors

Qualifications

• State-approved CNA Certification
• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle with current insurance
• Ability to pass background check
