Hourly Rate: $30.82 an hour + $.50 shift differential

Join our Conagra Brands team in Menomonie, Wisconsin, making our famous Swiss Miss cocoa products! As a Cocoa Operator, you will be part of our Cocoa Manufacturing group and report to the Cocoa Manager. No experience is necessary, and full training will be provided.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Safety First: Perform your job with the utmost caution and safety while helping prevent safety incidents to yourself and others.
• Operate Equipment: Operate and perform processes associated with assigned equipment and systems within the Cocoa Department, ensuring products are packaged according to established standards.
• Quality & Production: Complete required quality checks, data verification, sanitation, lubrication, and changeovers. Communicate material needs to help ensure proper supply.
• Support Equipment Maintenance: Support AMD activities, including preventive and ongoing maintenance, lubrication, calibration, and other tasks according to work order requests. Report equipment abnormalities as they arise.
• Work Safely Across the Department: Safely operate assigned equipment and perform required job rotations.
• Collaborate with the Team: Communicate with and participate in training from other Operators, Crew Coordinators, Maintenance, and Supervisors.
• Food Safety & Quality: Maintain responsibility for food safety and food quality.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Ingredients Required for Success

• Demonstrated excellent safety performance and accident/incident-free behavior.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude or experience.
• Experience working in a team environment using time management, interpersonal, and prioritization skills.
• Comfortable using computers.
• Ability to follow all department and plant safety guidelines.
• Ability to work overtime and adjust work schedules as needed.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
