About the role
- Menjalankan transaksi pencairan kredit, pelunasan kredit, pindah buku nasabah.
- Membuat laporan-laporan terkait jumlah proses pipeline dan productivity.
- Membantu dan membuat notulen rapat.
- Membantu RM dalam melakukan monitoring jatuh tempo pinjaman, jatuh tempo fasilitas kredit, jatuh tempo asuransi, dan tunggakan fasilitas kredit.
- Mengupdate progress pipeline nasabah baru dan existing.
- Membantu follow up nasabah untuk submit kekurangan dokumen.
- Membantu mengolah data dan menyajikan informasi laporan insidentil sesuai dengan permintaan.
