About the Opportunity:

Crete United is seeking an experienced, dependable Commercial Service Plumber to join our team in the Davenport, Iowa area. This role focuses primarily on commercial plumbing service, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance, with occasional light residential plumbing work.

We’re looking for a skilled plumber who takes pride in quality workmanship, provides excellent customer service, and can work independently while representing our company professionally. If you have strong plumbing skills, a solid work ethic, and a commitment to getting the job done right, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Perform commercial plumbing service, repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance.

• Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend effective, cost-efficient solutions.

• Repair and maintain plumbing fixtures, piping, drains, water lines, and related systems.

• Complete occasional residential plumbing service calls as needed.

• Communicate professionally with customers, building managers, and team members.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

• Follow applicable plumbing codes, safety procedures, and company standards.

• Accurately document completed work, service calls, and materials used.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and a responsible driving record.

• Current Iowa Journeyman Plumber license or the ability to obtain one quickly.

• Basic plumbing hand tools required.

• Experience in commercial plumbing service preferred.

• Residential plumbing experience is a plus.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Professional communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
