Communications Assistant

Job Description

Elevare Branding is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Communications Assistant to support our internal and external communication initiatives.

In this role, you will assist with coordinating communications, preparing written materials, supporting campaigns and projects, maintaining organized communication records, and helping ensure that messaging remains clear, professional, and consistent.

This position is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, excellent organization, and an interest in communications, branding, marketing, or business operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and coordinating internal and external communications.

• Draft, review, and organize professional correspondence and communication materials.

• Support the planning and execution of branding and communication initiatives.

• Coordinate with team members to ensure projects and communication requests are completed accurately and on schedule.

• Maintain organized records, documents, contact information, and project updates.

• Assist with presentations, reports, client materials, and company communications.

• Communicate professionally with clients, partners, and internal team members.

• Help maintain consistent brand messaging across company materials.

• Support special projects and day-to-day administrative communication needs.

• Identify opportunities to improve communication processes and team organization.
