Concierge Manager, Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Concierge Manager is responsible to assist the Assistant Director of Rooms in managing the concierge department as a successful independent profit center, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling both the operation and administration.

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality management.
• Minimum 2 years' work experience as Assistant Manager - Concierge or Concierge Manager in an international luxury hotel chain.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Membership of the Clef's d'Or would be an asset.
