- Relocate existing production lines, equipment, workstations, utilities, and material storage locations as part of plant layout changes.
- Disassemble and remove production lines, equipment, workstations, and supporting structures that are being relocated, replaced, or taken out of service.
- Assist with overall plant layout modifications to improve safety, material flow, space utilization, ergonomics, and production efficiency.
- Complete hands-on work related to continuous improvement projects, including fabrication, assembly, mounting, guarding, labeling, and workplace organization.
- Work from layouts, drawings, sketches, measurements, and project plans to complete line moves and improvement activities accurately.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, maintenance, material handling, and safety personnel during line installations, moves, and project work.
- Help identify practical improvements to equipment placement, operator movement, point-of-use storage, material flow, and workstation design.
- Support kaizen events, 5S activities, visual management improvements, waste reduction projects, and facility organization efforts.
- Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, lifting equipment, and other shop equipment safely and effectively.
- Provide mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and general technical support during equipment and production-line setup when qualified and authorized.
- Assist with testing, adjustment, startup, and turnover of newly installed or relocated production lines and equipment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of completed work, equipment changes, layout updates, and project status.
- Promote and support a culture of safety, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Strong communication, teamwork, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage changing priorities and support projects throughout different areas of the facility.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and computerized production or maintenance systems preferred.
