Job Description

1. Coordinate, operate and administer TPM applicable to civil maintenance.
2. Coordinate and manage the installation and operation of Civil Maintenance Activities, as well as the monitoring of the applicable TPM, attention and troubleshooting.
3. Coordinate and manage machinery Movement according to new site requirements.
4. Coordinate and manages civil projects, remodelations, new constructions and civil improvements.
5. Implement saving projects related infraestructure works.
6. Coordinate and improve utilities into the plant.
7. Lead the infraestucture team to get results ensuring quality, on time and cost improvement.
8.  Inform workers of the importance of reporting incidents, hazards, risks and opportunities, as well as of reprisals if they fail to do so.
9. Comply with the operational control of the work area.
10.  To know and carry out the protocol in case of emergencies.
11.  Promote Safety, Health and Environmental Protection according to ISO 14001:2015 / ISO 45001:2018 and Applicable Standards.

Qualifications

• Civil and mechanical engineering with experience in Real Estate projects.
• Local rules for civil processes in San Luis Potosí.
• High level of ability for self-management, agility, flexibility and keen on motivating others
• High experience in project management and civil engineering.
• +5 years of experience in a similar role, leading strategies and being in charge of people.
• Languages: Fluently spoken and written English B2 to C1.
