Corporate Paralegal

Description

Devine Millimet, one of Northern New England’s largest business and litigation law firms, is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal for its busy practice in our Manchester, New Hampshire office.

The corporate paralegal will have 8+ years of experience including corporate governance, entity formation, business transactions, mergers, and acquisitions. The paralegal will collaborate closely with our Corporate Attorneys and will focus on timely deliverables and providing excellent client service.

Attention to detail, timely communication, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team along with a laser focus on client service are key skills needed to be successful in the position.

Familiarity with commercial real estate, title matters, trusts and estates, or probate administration would be an added benefit but is not required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of Corporate Paralegal experience
• Paralegal Certification desirable
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently on multiple matters
• Ability to meet or exceed an annual billable hour goal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software as well as industry timekeeping software
• Desire for continuous learning
• Client service mentality
