About the Role

We’re looking for a highly resourceful UGC Creator, Casting & Influencer Sourcing Specialist to build and grow our creator pipeline across high-volume performance creative.

This role is primarily focused on hands-on UGC creator sourcing and casting, while also owning relationships across the broader influencer, talent and creator ecosystem. You should know where and how to find great UGC creators, understand influencer partnerships and deal structures, and be comfortable navigating everything from direct creator outreach to agencies and managers.

What You’ll Do:

• Own hands-on UGC creator sourcing and casting across campaigns, verticals, personas and creative briefs

• Search extensively across UGC platforms, TikTok, Instagram, creator marketplaces, casting platforms, agencies, social communities, referrals and direct outreach

• Deep-search for real users and customers of specific brands, products and categories, identifying authentic people who can become strong UGC creators

• Translate briefs and personas into targeted searches, vetting creators for authenticity, on-camera presence, content quality, reliability and creative fit

• Conduct outreach, gather rates and availability, coordinate creator tests and help manage the UGC workflow from discovery through booking

• Build and manage relationships with influencer agencies, creator agencies, talent managers, casting partners and creator platforms to expand our sourcing capabilities

• Source and support influencer partnerships, including evaluating audience/brand fit, negotiating rates and packages, and coordinating partnership requirements

• Understand and help navigate creator/influencer contracts, usage rights, paid media usage, whitelisting/allowlisting, exclusivity and renewals

• Research new platforms, agencies, tools and sourcing channels while partnering closely with Creative and Production on upcoming creator needs

• Build and maintain a searchable Preferred Creator Roster / Creator Library, tracking capabilities, personas, rates, performance and repeat talent

What We’re Looking For:

• Extensive hands-on experience sourcing and casting UGC creators

• Deep knowledge of UGC platforms, creator marketplaces, social sourcing and UGC workflows

• Strong knowledge of the influencer ecosystem, including agencies, managers, influencer platforms, partnerships, negotiations and deal structures

• Strong working knowledge of whitelisting/allowlisting, usage rights, paid media, exclusivity, renewals and creator/influencer contracts

• Proven ability to dig beyond obvious talent pools to uncover new creators and real product users through social research

• Strong understanding of the differences between UGC creators, influencers and traditional casting, and how each is sourced and engaged

• Strong eye for authentic on-camera talent and short-form, performance-driven creative

• Highly organized, proactive and comfortable managing multiple searches, relationships and outreach pipelines simultaneously

• Experience in performance marketing, paid social or high-volume creative strongly preferred

Big Pluses:

• Existing relationships with creators, influencers, talent managers, casting agencies or creator agencies
• Experience negotiating creator/influencer rates and packages
• Understanding of usage rights, paid media usage, whitelisting/allowlisting, exclusivity and renewals
• Experience reviewing or coordinating creator agreements, releases and other talent contract requirements
• Experience sourcing and managing both UGC creators and influencers
• Familiarity with creator management, influencer discovery and casting platforms
