Custom Display Fabricator / Finish Carpenter

This is an onsite role in East Butler, Pennsylvania.

Position Summary:

Build custom trade show exhibits, retail displays, cabinetry, and prototype components using wood, plastics, laminates, and metal in a hands-on fabrication environment. This role requires strong craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to work with a variety of materials and tools to produce high-quality custom projects from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate custom trade show exhibits, displays, fixtures, and cabinetry
• Operate woodworking, fabrication, and assembly equipment safely
• Work with wood, laminates, plastics, aluminum, and sheet materials
• Perform assembly, installation preparation, and finishing work
• Read shop drawings and build to specifications
• Package completed projects and prepare shipments for transport
• Assist with palletizing, crating, and loading finished products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $50,000 USD - $60,000 USD annually. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
