Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for assigned customer accounts

• Provide accurate information and assist with routine account-related requests

• Maintain organized and accurate customer account records
• Identify customer needs and direct specialized requests to the appropriate team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
