Customer Care Clerk

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Primary Obiective of Position

Cooperates in order to maintain high level of customer satisfaction through

effective customer's calls management, giving correct information and

updating sales force on issues raised.

Maior Accountabilities

Ensures that all activities are performed in compliance with quality system

requirements.

Demonstrates an understanding of the application of the Quality Policy

through daily activities. Maintain vigilance to ensure adherence to the Quality

Policy and system procedures by promptly reporting noncompliance issues to

management.

Receives internal and external customers calls related to administrative

complaints and acts to provide support to customer requests.

Manage inbound tickets received from our customers and our sales force team

through the CRM system

Manage product return requests through the CRM system

Troubleshooting for Italy e-commerce site "Abbott Kosmos" to private

customers

Education

High School Degree or Economy, or Science of Communication.

Background

Knows CoreLab instruments and products, their application, diagnostic market and Corelab policies and procedures.

Knows how to use standard PC software packages.

Has a good English language knowledge both written and orally.

Skills

- Knows how to use standard PC software packages.

- problem Solving and Teamwork

Experience

- At least 1-2 years of experience in Diagnostics, Medical Device or

Pharmaceutical Business or prior experience in Customer Service Roles.
