Customer Care & Sales Support Representative
DiVal Safety Equipment – Buffalo, NY
Full-time, 8:30am – 5pm, On-site Monday - Friday
Pay Range: $19 – $21

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll work closely with customers and our sales team to process orders, answer questions, solve problems and help deliver an outstanding customer experience.
What You’ll Do –
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and our sales team.
- Process quotes, orders, returns and exchanges.
- Provide updates on backorders, deliveries and customer requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer needs quickly.
- Maintain accurate information in our CRM and order systems.
- Develop strong product knowledge to better assist customers.
- Occasionally assist with customer-facing retail coverage and physical tasks as needed.
- Help identify ways to improve the customer experience and workflow.
What You’ll Bring –
- A dependable, strong work ethic with reliable and punctual attendance.
- Ability to stay calm, positive and organized while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, order entry or sales support is preferred.
