Crabapple LandscapExperts is growing! For over 30 years, we have been one of Atlanta’s top locally owned landscape companies, providing high-quality landscape maintenance services to HOAs, senior living communities, corporate campuses, and commercial properties throughout Metro Atlanta.

We’re looking for a Customer Relationship Manager who enjoys building relationships, keeping clients happy, and helping grow a portfolio of beautiful properties.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of commercial and HOA clients
• Conduct regular property walks with clients and crews to ensure quality standards
• Identify and propose enhancement opportunities (seasonal color, mulch, irrigation, plant upgrades)
• Prepare proposals and estimates for additional work
• Work closely with Operations Managers and crew leaders to resolve issues quickly
• Track client feedback, follow-ups, and account health
• Support contract renewals and client retention

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or the landscape/green industry
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and plant material (preferred)
• Comfortable writing proposals and working with estimates
• Organized and able to manage multiple accounts at once
• Proficient with email, Microsoft Office, and CRM software
• Valid driver’s license; Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) will be completed

Salary Description

Starting $68,000.00/ Year + Incentives
