Customer Service Consultant (Cantonese Speaker)

Job Description

What you’ll do

• Support customers through live chat and inbound calls with warmth and care

• Solve everyday tech issues, such as login errors and device compatibility

• Guide customers through account and billing questions

• Keep clear, accurate records of every interaction

• Stay up to date on product updates and policies so you always give the right answer

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

• Fluent spoken Cantonese, written Traditional Chinese, and spoken and written English

• Ideally 1 to 2 years in customer service, with a focus on customer satisfaction (CSAT)

• A positive, patient, problem-solving attitude

Additional Information

Work setup

• Shifts: 9am to 9pm, including weekends

• Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off (40 hours a week)

• Location: 100% onsite in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur (no hybrid option)
