What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver exceptional customer service across phone, email and digital channels
• Build trusted relationships and become the first point of contact for our customers
• Resolve customer enquiries efficiently and professionally
• Coordinate bookings and work closely with our Sales and Operations teams
• Identify customer needs and recommend additional services that add value
• Achieve internal sales targets through consultative conversations and earn commission

What We're Looking For

• Loves helping customers and building relationships
• Has excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Thrives in a fast paced environment
• Is organised, adaptable and enjoys multitasking
• Is motivated by achieving goals and being rewarded for success
• Has experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, contact centres or sales preferred but overall attitude is everything!
