Customer Success Account Mgmt

• Build and maintain relationships with key customer, partner, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify customer business and technology objectives and align Microsoft solutions to customer priorities.
• Lead customer success plans, program reviews, and strategic engagements.
• Identify and mitigate blockers to consumption, security, compliance, and operational health.
• Partner with customers to drive adoption, optimize usage, and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead business value conversations and influence executive-level stakeholders.
• Align Microsoft solutions and technical capabilities to customer needs.
• Orchestrate resources to deliver agreed-upon customer outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field AND 4+ years of customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience, OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a related field AND 6+ years of relevant experience, OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years of relevant experience, OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years relevant work experience within customer industry.
• Microsoft or competitor equivalent certification in relevant technologies.
• ITIL Foundation, PMI, Prosci, or equivalent certification.
