Role Overview:
Cuesta Partners is looking for a Data Scientist in Latin America who is interested in consulting and working with our broad base of clients on various engagements,
delivering advanced data-driven solutions using modern technologies and best practices while mentoring others.
As a Data Scientist at Cuesta, you will analyze complex datasets, extract meaningful insights, and build predictive models that support strategic decision-making. Your mission will be to leverage statistical techniques and machine learning models to drive business impact for our clients.
What We're Looking For:
3 -5 years of prior experience as a Data Scientist.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience developing predictive models, translating the output metrics to non-technical stakeholders
Expertise in Python and SQL
Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or PyTorch.
Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and AI projects.
Excellent communication skills.

Stay updated with the latest trends in data science and AI.
Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets to extract valuable insights.
Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms for business use cases.
