Job Duties

Our Development Excellence Engineer Program (DEEP) is an exclusive opportunity designed for high-potential recent graduates who are eager to accelerate their professional growth and gain hands-on experience in one of the world's leading energy companies.
 
As part of DEEP, participants will gain exposure to multiple Product Service Lines, working alongside experienced professionals while developing technical, operational, and leadership capabilities. Through immersive learning experiences, mentorship, and real business challenges, you'll build the foundation for a successful long-term career in the energy industry.
 
This highly selective program is ideal for motivated individuals who are passionate about innovation, technology, problem-solving, and continuous development.

  • Recent graduate (0-2 years since graduation) in a STEM discipline, including:

    • Civil Engineering
    • Environmental Engineering
    • Electronics Engineering

    • Computer Engineering
    • Information Technology

  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Interest in developing a career in the Energy/Oil & Gas industry.
  • Strong learning agility and problem-solving mindset.
  • Availability to travel as required by the program.

  • Candidates must be current residents of Argentina.
  • Availability to work across Halliburton operations in Argentina.
