Our Opportunity

Our Hornsby centre is looking for experienced Dental Assistants to join the team, with both full-time and casual positions on offer.

This modern 3-chair practice delivers a broad range of dental treatments, and the team here is friendly, close-knit and genuinely proud of the patient care they provide.

• Based in Westfield Hornsby, with public transport close by and everyday shopping right on your doorstep
• Backed by a supportive Centre Leader and a loyal, growing patient base

Full-Time

• Monday to Friday availability essential, including a Thursday late close (7:15pm)
• Above award wages, penalty rates and corporate fitness/gym membership perks
• Demonstrated experience with implants, GA and complex surgical work is essential

Casual

• Minimum of 2 weekdays' availability required, with rotational weekends essential - higher hourly weekend rates apply!
• Above award wages, casual loading and penalty rates

Your Skills and Attributes

Above all, you're friendly, enthusiastic, and dedicated, with the ability to build rapport quickly. You’ll also bring:

• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant across chair-side, sterilisation and/or reception is essential
• Strong understanding of sterilisation and infection control protocols
• A caring, team-focused approach to patient care
• Reliability, punctuality, and a desire for high standards
