Arlington Roots Family Dentistry is seeking an experienced General Dentist (DDS/DMD) to join our highly productive, multi-generational family practice in Arlington. This is a unique opportunity to replace a successful provider and step into an established schedule supported by a loyal patient base, 50-55 new patients per month, experienced clinical support, and strong demand for comprehensive restorative care. Responsibilities

• Practice with full clinical autonomy and provide comprehensive general dentistry and advanced procedures within your scope of practice.
• Develop and present treatment plans that support optimal patient outcomes.
• Deliver exceptional patient care and build lasting patient relationships.
• Collaborate with and lead the dental team to create an outstanding patient experience.
• Support practice growth, patient retention, and a positive team culture.
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all clinical and safety standards.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Texas dental license, or eligibility for licensure
• Current BLS and or additional registrations, and certifications applicable to your scope of practice
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning
