Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Deputy Resident Supervision Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to lead a construction supervision team of 20 engineers and inspectors.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Act on behalf of the Resident Supervision Manager in his/her absence
• Lead reviews of Method Statement for constructability compliance
• Final approver of Contractor construction submittals
• Manage team workloads across a diverse project scope of inspections and surveillance
• Monitoring Contractor progress and highlighting potential delays to the FIDIC Engineer

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in construction-related field
• 10 years of experience in field construction is required.
• Strong understanding of a broad range of construction methods and techniques with specialization in either CSA or MEP works
• Prior experience as a Deputy/Resident Construction Engineer or similar role.
