Drywall Hanger and Finisher

Skillforce is hiring experienced Drywall Hanger & Finishers- Level 3 for a long-term construction project at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Candidates must have strong drywall hanging, and drywall finishing experience, along with well-rounded commercial carpentry skills.

Drywall Hanger & Finisher Pay and Benefits

• $28.00–$32.00 per hour, based on experience
• W-2 employment
• Paid weekly every Friday
• Long-term opportunity

Drywall Hanger & Finisher Job Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and hang drywall
• Tape, mud, sand, and finish drywall surfaces
• Hands-on experience operating automatic taping tools, including boxes and bazookas.
• Level 3- Level 5 Drywall Finishing
• Read measurements, layouts, and construction drawings
• Perform general commercial carpentry tasks as needed
• Follow all jobsite and military-base safety requirements

Drywall Hanger & Finisher Requirements

• Proven commercial metal framing experience
• Strong drywall hanging and finishing skills
• Well-rounded commercial carpentry experience
• Must provide all necessary metal framing and drywall tools
• Must have personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and provide valid employment documentation
• Must have a clean background and meet all requirements for access to Tinker Air Force Base
